At MY CLOUD KITCHEN, your satisfaction matters. If there’s a problem with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Wrong or Missing Items
If you receive the wrong item or something is missing, please contact us within 30 minutes of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund accordingly.

2. Food Quality Concerns
If you’re not satisfied with the quality of your food, please contact us immediately. A partial or full refund may be issued after investigation.

3. Refund Conditions
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Cash refunds are not available.

4. No Returns
Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept physical returns of items.
